How Long Does it Take to Ship My Order?

Most orders ship out within 5 business days. If an order will take longer to ship, it will be stated in the product details. Track your order below.

 

What are Your Shipping Costs?

Each item will vary. We want to keep your shipping costs down and will only charge you what it costs to ship the product, not a flat rate fee.

 

Can I Make Changes to My Order?

We are not able to make changes to your order once it is placed, so please order carefully. However, if you need to return your order after you receive it, please refer to our Return Policy.

 

What is Della Direct's Return Policy?

We understand that sometimes purchases just don't work out. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. 

No cash refunds or refunds on debit/credit cards. Merchandise that has not been washed or worn may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of original purchase. Original invoice is required on all returns and exchanges. No returns or exchanges on sale items.

If an item is defective, please email chandel@delladirect and we will work with you to correct the situation according to individual needs.

 

What is Della Direct's Exchange Policy?

You may send items in for an exchange of a different size or style. You may go to our website and place a new order for the items you would like in exchange. This will ensure the items you want will be in stock and that you will receive them quickly. Then, send back the items you would like to exchange and we will treat it like a return. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping charges on their exchange unless your order was shipped with incorrect or defective merchandise. No returns or exchanges on swimwear.

How To Place An Order

To place an order you can comment underneath the picture of the item you are wanting with the your email address and the product details, I.e. size and color and an invoice will be sent to your email.

You can also register at https://delladirect.com/account/register to be able to checkout directly on our website.

Let us know after you create an account so we can move your customer profile to a wholesale account.

Damages:

While we hope this is never the case, sometimes items are damaged.  You must send us a photo of the item(s) within 3 days of delivery in order to receive a replacement.  We are unable to offer replacements after that time frame, since we are not able to determine if the item was worn and damaged from use.

 

Incorrect Items:

If you feel you have received an incorrect contact us within must send us a photo of the item(s) within 3 days of delivery in order to receive a replacement.

We are unable to offer replacements after that time frame.

 

Lost Package:

Once the item is scanned by the carrier, it is no longer our responsibility. Items sent by First Class Mail (or are under 1lb) that  have packages that are lost in transit, stolen or delivered to the wrong address, will not have their item(s) replaced.

 

Orders over 1lb are automatically insured up to $100. If the order is lost/damaged in transit we will replace the items up or refund (at our discretion) to the insured dollar value.

If you would like to purchase additional insurance on your package you must do so at the time of purchase.

 

Incorrect Address:

If an item is returned to us for incorrect address, the customer is responsible for postage to reship the item.  If the customer would not like to repay to reship the item, they will receive a store credit in the amount of their purchase price, minus any shipping charges paid  If the item is lost in transit, stolen or delivered to the wrong address, we will not replace the item(s).  You can upgrade to priority mail to make sure your order is insured. 

 

Cancelled Items:

If an item is cancelled before the order gets shipped out, the amount of the order will be issued a store credit.  This includes ANY pending orders or orders that are pre-orders. 

 

Shipping & Processing Times:

All shipping time frames listed do not NOT include processing time.  

Processing time for orders is an average of 1-2 weeks.

Even if you upgrade your shipping to overnight or next day, you still have to allow for processing time.  If you are needing your item faster, please use the contact form to let us know. We will try our best to get it out faster than the normal processing time for you.

 

Mixed Pre-Order & In-Stock Shipments:

If one of your items is a pre-order, the complete order will not ship until the pre-order item comes available.  If you are wanting the other items shipped sooner, please place two different orders.   

The dates listed in the group and our the website are an estimate. Please note that sometimes delays happen in production, causing the date to get pushed back. 

 

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges because we can't guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we get your return back. We have a huge selection of product and it moves very quickly!
