Shipping & Processing Times:
All shipping time frames listed do not NOT include processing time frames.
Processing time for orders is an average of 1-2 weeks.
Even if you upgrade to expedited shipping, you still have to allow for processing time. If you are needing your item faster, please email hello@sheandsho.com. We will try our best to send your order out faster than the normal processing time for you.
Mixed Pre-Order & In-Stock Shipments:
If your order contains a combination of in stock and pre-order items, the order will not ship until the pre-order item(s) become available. If you are wanting the in stock items to ship sooner, please place two different orders, one including only in stock items and one including only pre-order items.
The dates listed in the Facebook group and on sheandsho.com are an estimate. Please note that sometimes delays happen in production, causing the shipping date to get pushed back. If this occurs, She & Sho will not issue refunds on orders.
Refused Shipments:
A refused shipment occurs when the customer refuses to accept the package during a delivery attempt. Customers who refuse delivery in place of contacting She & Sho to obtain proper return instructions may be assessed a fee to cover return shipping and labor charges. This cost will be passed along to the customer in the form of a deduction from the total refund due to the customer. In addition, refused shipments may be considered an unauthorized return and subject to the policies thereof.
Lost Package:
Once the item is scanned by the carrier, it is no longer our responsibility. Items sent by First Class Mail (or are under 1lb) that have packages that are lost in transit, stolen or delivered to the wrong address, will not have their item(s) replaced.
Orders over 1lb are automatically insured up to $100. If the order is lost in transit, stolen or delivered to the wrong address, She & Sho will replace the items or refund (at our discretion) to the insured dollar value.
If you would like to purchase additional insurance on your package you must do so at the time of purchase.
Incorrect Address:
If an item is returned to us for incorrect address, the customer is responsible for postage to reship the item. If the customer would not like to repay to reship the item, they will receive a store credit in the amount of their purchase price, minus any shipping charges paid. If the item is lost in transit, stolen or delivered to the wrong address, She & Sho will not replace the item(s). You can upgrade to priority mail to make sure your order is insured.
Cancellations:
Kindly note that She & Sho is not able to accept cancellations after an order has been placed on our website.
RETAIL CUSTOMERS:
Returns:
ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING.
Returns must be made within 7 business days of receiving your order. All returns will be issued a store credit.
Items must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered, have no makeup stains, deodorant stains, or animal hair in order to be eligible for a return.
ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING. If the tags are removed, you will not be able to return the item. Once items are received, She & Sho will process your return within 10 business days and issue your store credit minus the original shipping fees.
If you return an item that is NOT ELIGIBLE for a return, there will be a $9.95 fee to reship the order to you. Please make sure your items are free of makeup, deodorant, perfume and hair to ensure you do not incur this return fee.
Exchanges:
She & Sho does not offer exchanges because we cannot guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we receive your returned order. She & Sho has a huge selection of products and they move very quickly!
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or that is not a product you ordered, please send us a photo of the item(s) within 3 days of delivery to hello@sheandsho.com in order to receive a replacement. We are unable to offer replacements after this time frame. Orders must be received by She & Sho before a replacement will be issued.
WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS:

She & Sho does not offer returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. This includes items that are delayed in production and in shipping.
