By paying this invoice, you are agreeing that you understand the terms & conditions of this pre-order. You understand that the timeframes provided for production and shipping are She & Sho’s best estimates, which are subject to change.

In the event a delay occurs, you will be notified via email with an updated ETA.

Delays in production or shipping will not result in a full or partial refund. You agree to perform a check of all items received within 3 business days of receiving your order.

If you find any defective, damaged, or missing merchandise, you must notify She & Sho by EMAIL ONLY within 3 business days of receiving your order.

A conversation regarding replacement issues are serious and will be handled only by email. Comments or messages regarding replacement issues posted on Facebook will be removed.

Due to the important nature of possible issues with orders, these will only be addressed and dealt with via email within 3 business days of receiving your order.

She & Sho cannot and will not guarantee responses to any such comments posted on Facebook. These will be promptly removed.

She & Sho’s operating process means that all such issues will be dealt with through EMAILED ONLY at hello@sheandsho.com.

If you do not contact She & Sho regarding a possible concern about your order by email within 3 business days, you forfeit the opportunity for a potential refund or return.

You agree to allow She & Sho up to 2 business days to respond to your message. Please make sure to add hello@sheandsho.com to your contacts to ensure our emails to you do not go to junk/spam.

In the unlikely event you have not received a response within 2 business days, you can comment in the Facebook group or send another email asking for a status update.

Merchandise received damaged, defective, or missing, as deemed by She & Sho, will be replaced.

You understand that after 3 business days from receiving your purchase, She & Sho will not be held responsible for damaged, defective or missing merchandise.

If your order is lost in transit, you will be responsible for contacting the courier to locate your lost package and filing a claim with them to receive reimbursement for your order.

If you would like to purchase additional insurance for your order, you must request to do so at time of purchase to one of our customer service representatives via email or in the Facebook group.

She & Sho does not expect delays or quality issues, and She & Sho will do everything within its control to prevent any delays or quality issues with our merchandise. These terms are set purely for the safety and understanding of both parties.
